Great location, close to the beach and city center. Vincent, the owner, provided excellent service and was always available to help with any requests or questions. He even showed us a convenient spot to park our car for free, which was a big plus. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The building itself was a bit run-down and could use some repairs and updates. The lack of signage and dark hallway on entrance gave a creepy first impression.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the heart of Cannes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops in the city center. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning and WiFi. The staff, particularly the owner Vincent, were incredibly helpful and provided us with useful tips for exploring the surroundings, including a great spot to park our car for free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in this city.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment was super nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities like wi-fi, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. I recently stayed at Appartements Foch for a weekend getaway with a friend. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a well-furnished kitchen. The owner, Vincent, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even outside of regular check-in hours. it was a great value for money and I highly recommend this hotel.
